The business was established in 2003 & has been in the same hands throughout. Turnover has grown year after year. The takeaway is fully fitted with the highest quality equipment, which has been regularly serviced. The premises have been modified over time to match our needs & growth, creating a seamless working environment.

New True triple door fridge x 1, Foster G2 x 1, Polar x 1, & Williams x three fridges & freezers, two walk-in fridges/cold rooms, two Blodgett 32" Ovens - (One is almost brand new), Archway double rotisserie, three double fryers, one double water-cooled grill, Hobart mixer plus another mixer (not sure of brand), Multiple Riteprice kebab slicers, three Hot Plates, an impressive salad display similar to that in Subway stores, robot coupe blender & shredders, two Samsung commercial microwaves, somerset dough roller etc... no expense spared on equipment. We also have lots of spare equipment which will be included.

The shop also has full CCTV with access online through the app, three brand new epos till systems installed March 2021 (the old system has even been refurbished to be kept as a backup), a storage container to the rear, Peugeot Partner van (2013).

We have achieved this turnover without Just Eat/Hungry House etc... saving thousands on commission fees. Although with one of these companies, the turnover could be even greater.

We are situated in a large town surrounded closely by three-four other villages/towns, each within 2-3 miles. Although we do get custom from them, we have never advertised in these surrounding areas. Again this is another area of untapped custom.

We have a five-star hygiene rating & are up to date on all other regulations.

We estimate to also save circa £75,000 on VAT thanks to the reduced rates in the government's covid recovery plan.

The reason for the sale is a new business venture, and unfortunately, there will not be enough time to give full concentration to both. Although the shop is pretty much self-sufficient with good reliable staff, many of which have been with us since 2003. So I am not in a hurry to sell & will wait for the asking price to be met.
